BEL AIR PHASE II

A Shared Horizon

For a family of four with two adult children, home holds several rhythms at once. There are moments of company and conversation, alongside the quieter independence of lives unfolding in their own directions. At Bel Air Phase II, the interior offers a gentle setting for that balance, with an open living and dining space gathered around daylight and the sea beyond.

A pale palette gives the home its airy composure. Light timber flooring carries warmth through the shared spaces, while white cabinetry forms a quiet architectural backdrop. Sheer curtains soften the daylight, allowing the outlook to remain present throughout the room. The effect is expansive yet intimate, with the changing light bringing subtle variation to the restrained surfaces.

Within this continuity, furniture creates places to pause and gather. A circular coffee table softens the living area’s linear arrangement, while upholstered dining chairs lend comfort to the table. Abstract artwork and contemporary lighting introduce expressive accents, giving each setting its own identity without interrupting the overall calm. Open shelving adds a more personal register, allowing small objects to sit naturally within the fitted composition.

The atmosphere has an ease suited to a family whose time together takes many forms. A meal can become a lingering conversation; an ordinary evening can unfold with everyone occupied nearby. The shared spaces leave room for these quieter kinds of connection, supported by a design that feels warm, legible and unforced.

At Bel Air Phase II, the view gives the home a shared horizon. Around it, light, texture and familiar comforts create a place where individual lives can find their own pace and still return, naturally, to one another.
